Starting with just a handful of dedicated employees, the father and son partners set out to make their mark in the local stone business, focusing on tile installation. Their commitment and craftsmanship quickly gained traction, leading to the establishment of a showroom, a fabrication warehouse, and the manufacturing and installation of exquisite natural stone slab countertops.

In 1995, American Marble and Tile expanded its horizons by acquiring another local company and relocating to San Diego’s North County. It was during this transformative period that the company officially rebranded as American Marble. The growth of the 1990s can be attributed to a strong team of craftsmen whose dedication helped build a reputation founded on quality, service, and integrity—values that continue to define American Marble today. In 2002, the company moved to its current state-of-the-art location in Vista, featuring a 40,000 square foot showroom and fabrication facility equipped with the latest technology.

Since Bob's passing in 2014, Bill continues to lead the extraordinary team that makes up the American Marble family. With over 80 employees, including many original members, American Marble proudly serves a diverse clientele that includes major commercial developers, general contractors, home builders, architectural firms, and residential homeowners. Projects can be seen throughout California, from the magnificent downtown San Diego skyline to the scenic vistas of Northern California wine country. No project is too big or too small for this dedicated team.
