Carol Michaud
Senior Project Manager since 2000
Carol has been an integral part of the American Marble team since 2000, serving as the senior project manager and Bill's sister. In her role, she oversees projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with project managers across the industry, from large commercial builders and multi-use developers to millworkers and custom home contractors. Her leadership is vital as she guides the knowledgeable project management team through each project, ensuring that every customer is satisfied. Carol fosters a supportive environment and instills confidence in her team, empowering them to tackle any challenge that comes their way.
Scott Lettice
Special Projects Manager since 2020
Scott brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team, having previously worked as an install superintendent and independent contractor. He was specifically brought on to manage special projects for the company both within and beyond the San Diego region. His extensive expertise in installation and craftsmanship, combined with his personable demeanor, provides a significant advantage in overseeing large commercial projects. Scott is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of each project meets the highest standards, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.
Ervin Hernandez
Installation Manager since 1995
Ervin joined the American Marble family in 1995 and currently serves as the manager of installation. In this role, he is responsible for building hardworking, high-quality teams that excel in the installation process. Ervin schedules and oversees the installation of products, ensuring that his team completes each project with efficiency and precision while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
